Scope of Work:
– Area 38,000 m², two floors, built-up area 17,750 m².

1.Preparation of all tender documents.
2.Full project management to ensure delivery within budget, time, and quality standards (PMC).

2. Multiple Schools Projects – Republic of Yemen

Scope of Work:
– Area 5,000 m², two floors, built-up area 2,500 m².

1.Tender drawings preparation and review.
2.Tender documents preparation.
3.Full project management (PMC).

3. Faculty of Education Project – Socotra Governorate

Scope of Work:
– Area 9,000 m², two floors, built-up area 6,000 m².

4. Medical Colleges Complex – Taiz Governorate

Scope of Work:
– Area 122,000 m², three floors, built-up area 55,000 m²,
