(College of Human Medicine – College of Dentistry – College of Pharmacy – College of Nursing),
with a built-up area of approximately 9,000 m².

– The project is located on an area of 8,000 m² and consists of two floors with ancillary buildings,

Scope of Work:
– The project is located on an area of 1,500 m² and consists of one floor with ancillary buildings, with a built-up area of approximately 5,500 m².

12. Tunnel Road Design Project
Scope of Work:
– The road extends inside the tunnel with a length of 150 meters and includes the provision of services and preparation of the required reports.

– The road extends for a length of 1 km and includes the provision of the required services along the road.

14. Design of a Power Generation Station with a Capacity of 30 Megawatts
Scope of Work:
– The project is located on an area of 15,000 m² and consists of units operating on mazut and diesel, medium-voltage switchgear, and fuel storage tanks, in addition to extensions.

15. Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture Building No. (2)
Scope of Work:
– Preparation of technical studies and engineering designs for the rehabilitation of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture Building No. (2).
The scope of work includes:
– studying the existing condition of the building, proposing design solutions, and submitting technical reports.
– It also includes architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning systems, elevators, and systems,
in a manner that achieves optimal utilization of the building and complies with sustainability standards.
16. Technical Supervision Project for the Construction of the National Excellence Project in Al-Qassim and Makkah Al-Mukarramah
Scope of Work:
– The project is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture within Saudi Vision 2030,
constructed on a total area of 100,000 m².
Consists of:
(Administrative Building / Cafeteria Building / Workers’ Housing / Slaughterhouse Production Line).
The scope of work includes:
– Review of drawings for all disciplines and ensuring compliance with approved standards.
– Daily site supervision to ensure quality and adherence to schedules.
– Review and approval of materials and equipment.
– Issuing technical reports and recommendations.
– Coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
