Overview:
Our company prepared the technical studies and engineering designs for the rehabilitation of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture Building No. (2) in the Ministries District, Riyadh.
The work included studying the current condition of the building and presenting three architectural design proposals—covering interior and exterior solutions that emphasize functionality and aesthetics.
The project also included electrical, mechanical, air conditioning, elevator, and technical systems to ensure that the building meets sustainability standards and achieves optimal efficiency.

Enhancing Efficiency and Water Conservation in the Government Sector

The project aims to enhance water use efficiency and promote conservation across government entities by implementing a set of technical and behavioral measures designed to reduce wastage and improve the performance of water systems.
Project Objectives:
Reduce water consumption in the government sector.
Improve the efficiency of water systems and reduce dependence on non-specialized water sources.
Contribute to reducing costs related to water production, distribution, and billing.
Work Components:
Detecting and effectively addressing water leaks.
Utilizing efficient and approved fixtures to minimize consumption without affecting performance.
Employing water recycling technologies for reuse in secondary applications.
Promoting awareness and educating government employees on the importance of water conservation.

Determining Water Consumption Rates

Overview:
The project aims to assess the current status of water consumption in government buildings and facilities, and to conduct benchmarking studies comparing the findings with international standards. The goal is to establish local benchmarks that reflect national characteristics and support improvements in water use efficiency.
The project includes:
Conducting field surveys and inspecting the condition of water tanks.
Accurately determining water consumption rates across different facilities.
Developing measurable indicators and standards based on field studies and benchmark comparisons.
The project also involves preparing analytical reports and practical recommendations to help government entities enhance water management and consumption efficiency, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Construction Supervision
Technical Supervision of the National Excellence Project in Qassim and Makkah

Overview:
The National Excellence Project in Qassim and Makkah is one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture within the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
It is established on a total area of 100,000 square meters and consists of the following components:
Main Building (Headquarters)
Security Hall Building
Workers’ Accommodation
Cold Storage / Warehouse
The Scope of Technical Supervision of the Project Includes the Following Tasks:
Reviewing the drawings for all disciplines (civil, architectural, electrical, and mechanical) and ensuring their compliance with approved specifications and standards.
Monitoring site works on a daily basis to ensure implementation quality and adherence to approved drawings and timelines.
Reviewing and approving materials and equipment before delivery and use on site to ensure their quality and compliance.
Preparing periodic technical reports clarifying the progress of works, observations, and corrective actions.
Coordinating with the contractor and relevant entities to resolve any technical or design obstacles that may arise during implementation.
Ensuring quality control and safety compliance in accordance with approved systems and standards.
